Two night minimum stay required during holidays and special events.
Smoking allowed outside only
Check in time: 3:00PM but can be flexible
Check out time: 11:00AM

Deposit amount required: 50% of the rate for length of stay for group of 5 people or larger at the time of booking.
Payment method: Cash, VISA, MC , AMEX, and Discover

Refunds and Cancellations

15 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund, minus $ 25.00 handling fee.
10  days before check-in will result in a charge of 25% of  the total amount of booking.
5 days or less before check-in, including no shows, will result in 100% charge of total amount of booking/confirmed reservation.
If we are able to book the room on the same days, we will refund you the amount of booking minus a $25.00 handling fee.

Extra person: $50 per room, per night, plus tax
